Self Defense Workshop A Special 3-Part Series
A three-part series leveraging Wing Chun kung fu defense techniques that will:
- Increase situational awareness and understanding of the most common attacks
- Teach basic escape moves to surprise your aggressor
- Increase confidence in range of motion and ability to protect one’s self at a moment’s notice
Wing Chun kung fu is one of the most practical and efficient martial arts for self-defense. Leveraged by most police units and special forces military units around the world, its technique can be used on a moment’s notice with no warm-ups or stretching needed. Instructor Si-Fu Jim Gillentine has more than 25 years of experience teaching Wing Chun to individuals regardless of age, gender, size, strength or fitness level.
